Brigette & Pascal Wedding Cake
This large wedding cake was made for Brigette and Pascal who were married on the 20th January 2018, for 280 guests with the reception held at the Rendezvous hotel in Scarborough. Cake was served as desert portions.
Base and second tier were made from solid foam with each covered in a layer of foam and then covered in silk all hand sewn by us.
Third Tier: Chocolate Mud covered in purple fondant.
Fourth Tier: Rose Flavoured covered in silver painted fondant.
Fifth Tier: Red Velvet covered in white fondant with white sugar flowers.
Sixth Tier: Lemon & Lime again covered in silver painted fondant.
Seventh Tier: As this top tier was to be kept for Brigette & Pascal’s first wedding anniversary this was made from fruit cake and again covered with purple fondant.

Cake was transported to reception in 4 sections and assembled on site 1 hour before guests were due to arrive.
This was a cake that provided us with many challenges, making the 2 bottom bases, to ensuring the stability of the cake and presentation at the reception. Overall a stunning cake that really was a talking point throughout the night.
